Ahmed Ñabil

Ahmed Al-Shukaili is a seasoned professional in human resources and corporate affairs with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of the Labour Market & Employment Sector at Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit since June 2022, Ahmed has also held significant positions at Petroleum Development Oman, including Senior Human Resources Consultant and Head of Talent & Succession. Previous roles include Vice President of Nationalisation and ICV at ASYAD Group, General Manager of Corporate Support at Oman Post, and Vice President of Human Resources at Oman Global Logistics Group. With a strong educational background that includes an MSc in Organisational Change and Development from The University of Manchester, Ahmed has a proven track record of developing HR strategies, leading HR teams, and driving nationalisation and workforce development initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
