Mai Osama

Mai Osama is an experienced product manager currently serving as the Product Manager at Basata Pay since May 2023, and previously worked as Supervisor Product Manager at Masary Egypt since December 2019, focusing on product strategy, roadmap development, requirements specification, and stakeholder communication. Prior experience includes roles in the Egyptian Center for Public Opinion Research (Baseera) as Senior Product Manager and Project Manager, along with positions as a Business Analyst, Qualitative Researcher, and Communication and Media Relations Officer. Mai Osama began the career as an IT engineer at Youssef Allam Company and later served as an ICDL Instructor at Cairo University. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (2020-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Helwan University Cairo (1999-2004).
