Daniel Schmidbaur

Daniel Schmidbaur has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Daniel is currently the Head of HR at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at OSRAM for six years, where they held several positions including Global Head of OSRAM HR Strategy, Analytics and HR IT Systems, Global Process Head of OSRAM Human Resources, Global Head of OSRAM HR Strategy & Analytics, and Head of Learning & Development. Before joining OSRAM, Daniel worked at Siemens for nine years, where they served as Manager HR Processes and Strategy for Siemens Corporate Units, HR Business Partner for Siemens Corporate Technology, Senior Consultant in Organizational Development at Siemens Learning Campus, and HR Trainee in the Siemens Graduate Program (SGP).

Daniel Schmidbaur received their education in psychology and business administration, earning a Diplom (Master) degree from LMU Munich, RWTH Aachen, and Philipps Universität Marburg. Daniel attended these institutions from 1998 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a SixSigma certification in September 2008.
