Alessandro Mio

Alessandro Mio has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Alessandro is currently serving as the Group Human Resources and Information Technology Director at Maschio Gaspardo Group since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at ELAN, The Executive Circle, Leadership Coach, and Temporary Manager from January 2022 to June 2023.

From April 2020 to December 2021, Alessandro held the position of Group Human Resources and Organization Director at ATM - Azienda Trasporti Milanesi. Before that, they served as the Group Human Resources Director at FIAMM from February 2011 to March 2020 and as the CEO of ZADRA VETRI from May 2010 to February 2011.

Alessandro has also gained expertise in the field of human resources and organization at ATM - Azienda Trasporti Milanesi, where they held the role of Group Human Resources and Organization Director from September 2007 to May 2010. Alessandro has also worked as the Group Human Resources, Organization, and Information System Director at Permasteelisa Group from June 2006 to August 2007 and from September 2001 to January 2005.

Furthermore, Alessandro has experience as the Group Human Resources Director at Gruppo PAM from February 2005 to May 2006. Their professional journey began at EY, where they worked as a Senior Manager from February 2000 to August 2001.

Alessandro Mio obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, which was completed from 1983 to 1989. In 2018, Alessandro received certification as a trainer in Problem Solving and Decision Making using the Kepner Tregoe Method from Kepner Tregoe. From 2018 to 2019, they attended Hitachi University for the Global Coaching Program, and in 2019 to 2020, Alessandro pursued Leadership Coaching at The Forton Group. In 2020, they participated in a course on Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption at INSEAD.
