Crystal Wittman

Crystal Wittman currently serves as the Enterprise Talent Acquisition Leader at Masco Corporation since November 2022. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at INSIGHT2PROFIT and SVP, Global Head of North America’s Recruitment Center at AMS, where significant scaling of recruitment teams was achieved. Prior to that, as Vice President at PNC, Crystal led a 40-person team responsible for filling an average of 4,500 positions annually across various corporate business lines. Crystal also held the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager at Fifth Third Bank, focusing on Treasury Management Sales recruitment and training. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bowling Green State University.
