Ken Cole

Ken Cole has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ken began their career at General Electric in 1988 as a Manufacturing Engineer. After two years, they transitioned to Thompson Hine LLP, where they served as an Associate from 1993 to 2002 and later became a Partner from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, Ken joined Masco Corporation, where they held various roles including Corporate Counsel, Corporate Counsel & Counsel - Installation Services, Corporate Counsel & Builder Group Counsel, and Senior Assistant General Counsel & Director of Commercial Legal Affairs. Finally, they assumed the position of Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Masco Corporation in July 2013, which they currently hold.

Ken Cole attended the University of Notre Dame from 1984 to 1988, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ken then pursued further education at Notre Dame Law School from 1990 to 1993, earning a J.D. degree.
