Anja Høyer Bæk

Anja Hajdukovic is an accomplished researcher and professional engaged in environmental sciences and climate change. Currently serving as a Member of The Explorers Club and Research Assistant at Université de Genève, Anja leads a project on lake heatwaves and surface heat balance, contributing to understanding freshwater ecosystem responses to climate variability. Previous roles include Scientific Coordinator at the Office fédéral de l'environnement OFEV, where Anja developed communication strategies and supported climate change risk management, and an Administrative Clerk during the Covid-19 crisis in Geneva.
