Joel Zide

Joel Zide is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Since January 2009, Joel has served as Principal, President, and COO of Mashcole Property Management, overseeing portfolios of more than 18,000 multi-family units across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. Prior to this role, Joel held positions as Senior Vice President at Granite Investment Group and Principal/Executive Vice President at Stratus Real Estate Inc. Joel holds a degree from California State University, Northridge, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1992.
