Ruby Ng

Ruby Ng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business development, currently serving as Partner and COO at Masienda since January 2016, where the focus is on enhancing the tortilla supply chain and supporting smallholder farmers in Mexico. Prior to this role, Ruby worked at Bluesun Marketing from 2006 to 2014, specializing in the food and beverage industry.
