Jocelyn Brown

Jocelyn Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and global health management. Currently serving as Senior Global Health Manager and Product Manager at Masimo since March 2021, Jocelyn leads the rainbow Pulse CO-Oximetry portfolio within the global Product Marketing team. Previous roles include Product Manager at Abbott, where responsibilities included developing marketing materials for the FreeStyle Libre 2 system and managing a sampling program. Jocelyn also contributed as a Corporate Strategic Innovation MBA Intern at BD and as a Product Manager for Medical Devices at 3rd Stone Design Inc., where significant achievements included leading a pediatric respiratory device through European regulatory approval. Earlier experience at Rice 360⁰ Institute for Global Health involved managing a major USAID and Gates Foundation-funded program in Malawi and developing the Pumani bCPAP device. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering from Rice University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
