Michael Palumbo

Michael Palumbo has extensive experience in internal audit and finance roles. Michael has held positions such as Vice President of Internal Audit at Masimo, where they were responsible for leading all aspects of the internal audit function, including risk assessments, operational audits, investigations, and managing the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 program. Michael also served as Vice President of Internal Audit at Tutor Perini Building Corp, where they established and administered a global Annual Internal Audit Plan. Michael Palumbo has also held leadership roles in Internal Audit at Cylance Inc. and Mattel, Inc. Prior to their internal audit roles, they worked as an Internal Audit Manager at DIRECTV and PSAV. Michael began their career as a Recruiter at Kforce and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Michael Palumbo started their career as an Auditor at Deloitte.

Michael Palumbo attended Loyola Marymount University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Crespi Carmelite High School from 1986 to 1990. Michael also holds certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), obtained in 2005 and 2004 respectively.
