Tristan Grigoleit

Tristan Grigoleit, M.S., CHFP, is a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Masimo since November 2020, where notable contributions include enhancing the usability research team's impact and delivering critical user insights. Prior experience includes serving as a part-time lecturer at Cerritos College and a Human Factors Engineer at Chevron, focusing on compliance and organizational-wide dissemination of design principles. Tristan has freelanced as a UX and graphic designer and held various roles in human factors research, including positions at Tarux Consulting and CHAAT. Tristan earned a Master's Degree in Human Factors Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
