Ian Cook

Ian Cook is the Managing Director of Mason Clark Associates Ltd, with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including roles in Local Government, construction contracting, and multi-disciplinary consulting. Expertise encompasses NEC Project Management, Building Surveying, and roles as an Expert Witness and CDM Principal Designer, among others. Ian has previously served as a Senior Building Surveyor at Symonds, providing comprehensive surveying services, and as a Building Surveyor at Kingston Upon Hull City Council, where project management and contract administration were key responsibilities. Ian Cook began the career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Jackson Services. Ian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
