Ayeshah Abuelhiga has over a decade of professional experience in the public and private sectors. In 2004, they began their career as a Compliance Specialist at the USEPA. In 2006, they joined Toshiba America as a Corporate Social Responsibility Communications Specialist, where they were selected by the Senior VP and General Counsel to serve as head of a strategic corporate sustainability project. In 2007, they moved to ATCS, P.L.C. as a Marketing Specialist, where they defined the strategic sales/marketing direction for the largest general engineering contract in the firm's 20 year history. Later that same year, they joined Transportation Management Services as a Project Manager/Consultant and was the primary consultant responsible for project execution and customer engagement for a $7M portfolio. In 2009, they joined Leidos as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for project management, communications planning, strategy development, tactical execution, public outreach, customer relations, engagement and facilitation, solutions architecture, and technology enablement. In 2014, they became the Founder & CEO of Mason Dixie Foods, where they were voted a Top Millennial to Watch and Number 1 Food & Beverage Stunner by Industree DC. That same year, they also joined Audi of America as a Connected Vehicle Services Specialist, where they were the Lead Product Manager for Audi connect. In 2015, they rejoined Leidos as a Senior Communications Officer.
Ayeshah Abuelhiga completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University in 2007. Ayeshah also obtained a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Babson College through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. Additionally, they have completed a course through Wharton Executive Education.
