Holly Warner has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Holly started their career as a Counselor at the Salvation Army from 1993 to 1995. Holly then worked as a Client Advocate at Saint John's Home for Boys from 1995 to 1997, followed by a role as a Client Advocate at Selfhelp Community Services from 1997 to 2000.
From 2000 to 2003, Holly served as the Director of Social Services at Mediplex of Southern CT, where they managed admissions and sales for a skilled nursing facility. Holly then transitioned to working as the Director of Community Relations at Arden Courts, a 60-bed Alzheimer's unit, from 2003 to 2005.
Holly's experience in senior living continued as they took on the role of Regional Sales Director at Benchmark Senior Living from 2005 to 2012. During their time there, they significantly improved their move-in to referral ratio.
Following their role at Benchmark Senior Living, Holly worked as a Senior Advisor/Area Manager at Care Patrol from 2012 to 2013. Holly'sresponsibilities included matching seniors to safe communities and generating leads through various channels.
From 2013 to 2014, Holly served as the Executive Director at The Hearth at Gardenside. In this role, they oversaw the management and day-to-day operations of the community, implemented services to enhance resident satisfaction, and led the hiring and supervision of employees.
Holly'smost recent position is that of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Masonicare, a role they have held since 2015.
Throughout their career, Holly has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, management, and elder care.
Holly Warner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wichita State University in 1994.
