Smruti Pawar's work experience includes working as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Mpower - An Initiative Of Aditya Birla Education Trust since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Masoom Lighting Up Night Schools, where they held various roles. From 2019 onwards, they served as the Program Head, overseeing the Night School Transformation program for 24-night schools in Mumbai. Smruti'sresponsibilities included student enrollment, attendance improvement, stakeholder training, SSC result improvement, alumni association, and SMDC set up. Additionally, they managed a team of 7 project managers and 24 school leaders. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager, leading a team of 5 people to implement the Night School Transformation Program in 5 schools. Smruti also organized field visits for students taking the SSC board exams and facilitated their interest in science subjects.
Smruti Pawar completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) at Siddhesher Girls High School. Smruti then pursued their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) at Hirachand Nemchand College of Commerce. Following that, they attended the same college and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Com). Later, they enrolled in Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, Solapur, where they obtained a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Family and Child Welfare (FCW). Recent educational history shows that they attended SNDT University, where they completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Administration Management (PGDHRAM).
