Susie Fortune has extensive experience in product operations, having held various managerial positions at healthcare companies including Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Neighborhood Health Plan, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Susie currently serves as the Director of Product Operations at Mass General Brigham Health Plan. Susie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Nazarene College.
