Ed McGowan

Ed McGowan is a seasoned professional in Human Resources Information Systems and IT, currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Mass General Brigham since July 2014. In this role, Ed develops and manages interfaces for the implementation of Kronos Workforce and supports data transfers between Kronos and related HRIS applications, drawing on extensive experience with Oracle SQL for data analysis. Prior to this, Ed held various roles at Philips from 2001 to July 2014, including IT Technical Lead and Senior IT Specialist, focusing on time and attendance applications and regulatory compliance systems. Ed's career began at Agilent Technologies as a Senior Web Application Developer and earlier at Hewlett-Packard. Ed holds both a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
