Melisa Bartlett

Melisa Bartlett currently serves as the Regional Executive Director for the North Region at Mass General Brigham, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Melisa held multiple roles at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital from August 2006 to February 2024, including Assistant Vice President of Wentworth Health Partners, Director of Practice Transformation, Senior Project Lead, and Senior Practice Manager. Responsibilities included project management for ambulatory acquisitions, care redesign initiatives, and overseeing various healthcare quality initiatives. Melisa holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
