Tavinder Phull is the Vice President of Community Health and Health Equity at Mass General Brigham since September 2001. In this role, Tavinder oversees a $30 million commitment to community programs aimed at dismantling inequity and racism, while fostering relationships with diverse communities and hospitals to implement evidence-based health strategies. Previously, Tavinder held positions such as Director of Reporting and Compliance for Community Health, where orchestration of the Boston CHNA-CHIP Collaborative was achieved, and Associate Director of Community Health Evaluation and Research, leading compliance with health assessment regulations. Tavinder's career began as a Health Care Analyst at the MA Division of Health Care Finance & Policy from 1999 to 2001. Tavinder holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Master of Public Health from Tufts University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology from Boston University.
