Kathryn Sterner

Kathryn "Kate" Sterner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Results Software by Mass Ingenuity, Kathryn has played a pivotal role in enterprise performance management since November 2016. Prior to this, Kathryn operated Sterner LLC as CFO, COO, and consultant, following a successful tenure as Vice President at Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, where strategic initiatives contributed to the growth of global talent management operations. Other notable positions include Co-Founder, President & CFO of Sirius Financial, Vice President of Product Marketing at Gelco Information Network, and Vice President of Commercial Banking at US Bank. Kathryn holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
