Bradleigh Leblanc

Bradleigh has many years of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex business transactions. Ms. LeBlanc was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Rockall Energy, a private equity-owned oil and gas company. She previously served as in-house counsel at several public companies, overseeing major transactions and projects, and began her career practicing corporate securities law at the Dallas offices of Haynes and Boone. Ms. LeBlanc holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. from Texas A&M University. Bradleigh is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and legal advisor to the Board of Directors.
