Caroline Andersson

Caroline Andersson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of HR Operations at MBTA since June 2023, Caroline previously held significant roles at MIT Sloan School of Management as an MBA Graduate Student from August 2021 to June 2023, where leadership positions included President of Sloan Women in Management and President of Sloan Pride. Prior to their time at MIT, Caroline worked as a Summer Consultant at Boston Consulting Group and served as a Human Resources Business Analyst at Convoy Inc from September 2019 to June 2021. Caroline's career also includes various roles at BlueVine, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Risk Strategy Analyst to Verification Team Lead and Account Manager. Caroline holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Yale University.
