Prior to Ruby, Julia worked as an HR and Recruitment Administrator at Smartbox Group, contributing to a diverse multinational workforce, and held positions in customer support and human resources at HubSpot and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, respectively. Julia's early career includes internships in corporate social responsibility and business operations, showcasing a well-rounded background in administrative support, communication, and operational processes. Julia holds a Master's degree in International Business from MBS School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Hochschule Heilbronn.
