Erin Walsh Howard

Erin Walsh Howard currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers since July 2022. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Partner at both Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and Looney & Grossman LLP, where an active commercial litigation trial and appellate practice was maintained, focusing on defense of various commercial claims. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate at the Law Office of Evan Fray-Witzer, specializing in management-side employment claims, and at Ryan, Coughlin & Betke, LLP. Erin began legal training with internships at Morgan Brown & Joy, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and Neighborhood Legal Services. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
