Richardson Pierre-Louis

Richardson Pierre-Louis serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers, focusing on enhancing diverse representation and fostering an inclusive workplace environment. With a robust academic background, Richardson has held various adjunct faculty roles at Bridgewater State University, teaching courses on diversity, oppression, and African American history. Previous leadership positions include Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Academic and Career Dean at The BASE. An accomplished legal professional, Richardson has also founded Haitian Brothers Networking Nationwide and has experience as a case manager and legal assistant. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
