Robb Johnson

Robb Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, land conservation, and public health. As the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Land Trust Coalition since October 2019, Robb Johnson oversees various policy initiatives and community engagement efforts. In addition, Robb Johnson founded Robb Johnson Associates, providing consultancy services to non-profit and public sector organizations. Previous roles include Acting Executive Director at MassEquality, Associate Vice President for Special Projects at Fenway Health, and Director of Programs at The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare. Robb Johnson's earlier career includes significant positions at The Nature Conservancy and Fenway Community Health, demonstrating a strong commitment to community health and environmental preservation.
