Madeleine Pannell

Madeleine Pannell is a consultant at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, focusing on Community Health Worker Vaccination and Workforce Initiatives and Medicaid Prospective Payment since February 2021. Pannell has extensive experience in health policy, having served as a Senior Oversight Policy Advisor and Senior Health Policy Advisor for the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions from December 2020 to March 2021 and from July 2016 to March 2020, respectively.
