Eric Womack

Eric Womack, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Business Support & Administrative Services at the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC) since November 2019. Womack is an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council since October 2016. Previously, Womack held leadership positions including Director of Human Resources at Opus, overseeing HR functions for 1,100 employees across 21 states, and Director of Human Resources & Administration at the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority, managing comprehensive HR operations. Womack's earlier experience includes roles at Waste Management as a Regional HR Generalist II and as a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot. Womack earned an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut.
