George Naccara has a diverse and extensive work experience. George started their career in 1965 with the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as a Rear Admiral until 2002. After that, they worked at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) as a Federal Security Director from 2002 to 2014. George then joined the Massachusetts Port Authority as the Chief Security Officer in January 2014, where their role continues to the present.
George Naccara earned a Bachelor's Degree from the US Coast Guard Academy. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Central Michigan University, completing it between 1980 and 1982. Later, in 1990, they engaged in a Fellowship at Harvard University, specializing in National Security Policy Studies, which they concluded in 1991.
