Ross Duncan

Ross Duncan has extensive experience in the field of soccer coaching. Ross started their career in 2001 as a Community Football Coach with the Scottish Football Association. Ross then worked as a Staff Coach for Major League Soccer Camps from 2004 to 2007, before becoming the Director of Coaching from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined the New England Revolution Academy as a Technical Director and later became a Professional Youth Team Coach from 2012 to 2018. In 2020, they joined the U.S. Soccer Federation as a Coach Educator. Ross is currently working as a Region 1 Staff Coach for US Youth Soccer and as an ODP U14 Head Coach for the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association.

Ross Duncan attended Angus College from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a HND degree in Sports and Exercise.
