Kristen Pechacek

Kristen Pechacek, CFE has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kristen most recently served as the Chief Growth Officer at MassageLuXe, a fast-growing franchise company in the massage and aesthetics industry. Prior to that, they held various roles at Self Esteem Brands, LLC, including Digital Marketing Director and Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. Kristen also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and as a Social Media professional at the Minnesota Vikings. Earlier in their career, Kristen worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Above Mainstream.

Kristen Pechacek, CFE, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a Certification of Completion in Excelling as a Manager from SkillPath Seminars. Kristen has also received the designation of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the International Franchise Association.
