Joe McNiff

Joe McNiff is a seasoned professional in the housing finance sector, currently serving as a Senior Subsidy Specialist in Quality Assurance at MassHousing since May 2009. Throughout a diverse career, Joe has held various positions within MassHousing, including Underwriting Analyst and received a promotion to Subsidy Specialist in 2013. Additional experience includes roles at Project Bread and Suffolk University, as well as a Graduate Fellowship at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from UMass Boston.
