Nikolai Derek

Nikolai Derek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, leadership, and coaching. Currently serving as the Director of LCM/Launch & Competitive Readiness for Novartis Oncology, Nikolai also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Evolution Apps LLC. Additional roles include being a Marketing Specialist at Massive Bio, where guidelines for the marketing department were created, and marketing efforts were managed, as well as serving as a Board Member for iRun4Life, providing operational support to a non-profit youth organization. Nikolai contributes to sports as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Lower Moreland High School and as a Head Coach and App Developer for multiple PA Rush Soccer teams. As President of Derek Marketing Group and a Brand Ambassador for Autism Cares Foundation, Nikolai demonstrates a commitment to the community and youth development.
