Frank Bauer

Frank Bauer is an accomplished marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in leading roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director at THE MARCOM ENGINE since April 2024, Frank is spearheading a significant transformation project in automotive sales and marketing. As a Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at MASSIVE since April 2021, Frank focuses on product performance benchmarking for CPG leaders. Previous roles include Global EVP of Brand & Media at Out There Media, Managing Director Sales at SevenOne Media GmbH, and Global Business Director at WPP/JWT APAC, among others. Frank holds a degree in Marketing Communication from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and pursued further education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
