Cesar Astralaga

Cesar Astralaga has over 25 years of work experience. In 1994, they started their career as an Export Manager at Cissell Manufacturing. Cesar then moved to Carrier Corporation in 1997 as a Senior Marketing Analyst/Administrator. In 2000, they became a Manager at National Income Life Insurance Company. In 2007, they were an International Sales Manager at Environment One Corporation. In 2011, Astralaga became President & Chairman of the Board at SOMOS El Futuro. In 2012, they were Managing Director at W2E Latin America, where they worked on solving garbage issues in communities, industries and land-fields. In 2014, they became Director of Economic Development at Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce. In 2016, Astralaga was President/ Co-Owner at Spectra Networks. Most recently, in 2019, they became Partner/ Head Of Business Development at MassiveMesh Networks.

Cesar Astralaga received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from Syracuse University - Maxwell School between 1983 and 1988. Cesar then went on to earn their M.I.B. in MS-International Business from Southern New Hampshire University between 2012 and 2013.
