Ilinca Berghian, PCC, LSSBB, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, project management, and business operations. Currently serving as a Certified Team Coach at the Center for Executive Coaching and a Program Manager in Corporate Technology at MassMutual Romania, Ilinca also holds positions as a PCC Coach and an ACC Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Previous roles include mentoring at PWN Romania, IT Project Manager and Account Manager at ASEE, and Fellow Coach at BetterUp, alongside a significant management position at Tycoon Finance Corporation.
