Christine Adams

Christine Adams has over 27 years of experience at MassMutual, currently serving as Head of Pension Risk Transfer Operations and previously holding roles such as Chief of Staff and Assistant Vice President. Adams has led various strategic initiatives, including oversight of Disability, Life Waiver, and Long Term Care Claims, as well as driving the vision for the US Claims organization. A strong advocate for operational excellence, Adams has also been involved in significant business transformations and financial control measures. Prior experience includes a role as an Accounting Consultant and Team Lead at Arthur Andersen & Co. Christine Adams holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Western New England University.
