Rufat Guliyev

Rufat Guliyev is an experienced Back End Developer currently working at MasSolutions since August 2023 and has held similar roles at City Carrier from December 2022 to July 2023. In addition to back-end development, Rufat is actively involved as a member of the Azərbaycan Kibertəhlükəsizlik Təşkilatları Assosiasiyası (AKTA) and INSECO since April 2023.
