Richard Meiklejohn

Richard Meiklejohn is an experienced professional with a strong background in innovation, business development, and consulting. Currently serving as a MassVentures START Reviewer since January 2023, Richard supports startups in technology development through the M2D2 IMPACT Global Accelerator at UMassM2D2, where Richard has been involved since August 2021. Richard co-founded OOVIRT, focusing on accessibility technology and customer experience, and held the position of Managing Director at MAJR Group, leading growth and consulting initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Management Consultant at IXL Center, where Richard assisted a minority-owned business during the COVID-19 pandemic, and working as a Chartered Surveyor at Graham & Sibbald. Richard holds an MBA from Suffolk University and degrees in Anatomical Sciences and Land Economy from the University of Dundee and the University of Aberdeen, respectively.
