Carlos Andres Nieto Herrera

Carlos Andres Nieto Herrera is a legal professional with extensive experience in labor law and human resources management. Currently serving as Abogado Relaciones Laborales at Massy Energy Colombia S.A.S. since October 2022, Carlos brings a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Gerente Jurídico and Jefe Departamento Legal y Gestión Humana at SETIP INGENIERIA S.A. COLOMBIA from January 2016 to October 2022. Prior to that, Carlos held the position of Abogado sénior at Acosta & Asociados from January 2014 to January 2016 and served as Abogado sustanciador at the Rama Judicial - Consejo Superior de la Judicatura from January 2012 to July 2013. Carlos holds a Specialization in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Law degree from Catolica de Colombia.
