Mary Caron Downing, MBA, PHR, CEBS, is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Master Boat Builders, Inc., where efforts focus on modernizing HR processes to support the company's growth. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Airbus as Director of Human Resources Operations, where strategic HR initiatives and workforce development programs were implemented, and at Mitsubishi Polycrystalline Silicon America Corp. as Manager of Human Resources & Public Affairs.
