Simon Rabbe

Simon Rabbe has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Simon began their career as a Search Consultant at Lindholm Consulting in 2009, where they conducted candidate searches and performed administrative tasks. In 2010, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark, assisting students in the field of Material Science.

In 2012, Simon served as an Intern in the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology, where they focused on computer-aided design and modeling of MOSFET and TFT devices. Simon then joined Rabbe Consult a/s as a Student Assistant in 2007, where they specialized in database programming and provided ad hoc support.

Simon's passion for software engineering led him to roles at Rabbe Consult a/s as a System Developer, Dalux as a Software Engineer, and Lasso X as a Senior Software Engineer. During these positions, they worked on developing components and algorithms using C++ and C#, utilizing technologies such as .NET and Microsoft Azure. Simon also gained experience in DevOps and Docker.

In 2014, Simon briefly joined Rabbe Materials Consulting as a Consultant at Rockwool International A/S, specializing in materials science and analytical chemistry. Simon engaged in research and development projects, conducting both theoretical and practical work in the laboratory.

Simon then transitioned to IC Robotics as a Chief Technology Officer in 2021, a software-as-a-service startup focused on automated content creation. Their role involved streamlining internal processes and helping companies increase their online presence using the AI tool provided by the company, with a focus on text production and data analysis.

Currently, Simon is set to join Master International A/S as a Chief Technology Officer in April 2023.

Simon Rabbe's education history begins with their enrollment at Birkerød Gymnasium in 2003, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate - Bilingual Diploma. From 2006 to 2010, Simon Rabbe attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering with a specialization in Applied Chemistry. Simon then continued their education at the same institution, completing their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering with a focus on Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from 2010 to 2012. Simon Rabbe furthered their studies at DTU from 2015 to 2017, obtaining another Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering, this time in Computer Science and Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Simon Rabbe has acquired additional certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In August 2013, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG. Most recently, in April 2022, Simon Rabbe achieved the Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
