Jim Cardinale

Jim Cardinale is a seasoned professional in product development and engineering with a strong background in managing research and design initiatives. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Master Spas since February 2023, Cardinale previously held the position of Product Development Manager at Messenger from July 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, Cardinale was the Director of Product Design & Engineering at POLYWOOD from May 2018 to July 2022. Additionally, Cardinale spent two decades at Smith Brothers Of Berne, Inc. in roles including Project Manager and Product Development Manager. Cardinale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
