Bashar Al Aboudi (PMP, PBA)®

Bashar Al Aboudi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Bashar is currently working at Master Works as a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master. Prior to this, they worked at Um Al Qura Development Company as a Project Manager & ERP Specialist, where they successfully executed projects within budget and schedule and managed relationships with key stakeholders. Before that, Bashar worked at Jeddah Municipality as a Project Manager and System Analyst, where they managed enterprise projects and played a major role in the development and implementation of e-services and ERP systems. Bashar started their career at TasHeel Infotech as an Oracle ERP Developer, where they were responsible for payroll and self-services systems, account management, report development, and custom workflow in Oracle E-Business Suite. Bashar's experience showcases their expertise in project management, ERP systems, and business analysis.

Bashar Al Aboudi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance (CIS) from ALZaytoonah University of Jordan, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.

Bashar then pursued certifications in project management, starting with the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2021. Bashar completed the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification program offered by PMI, specializing in the field of project management. Bashar'sstudies in this field extended until 2024.

In 2022, Bashar enrolled in the Professional Business Analysis (PBA) program at the Project Management Instituted, where they focused on professional business analysis. Bashar completed this program in 2025.

In addition to these formal education milestones, Bashar obtained the Strategic Planning Foundations certification from LinkedIn in January 2023.
