Mame Awa MBaye currently serves as the Program Lead for Access to Finance at Mastercard Foundation, focusing on enhancing environments for MSMEs and entrepreneurship in the WAEMU region to create job opportunities, especially for young women. Prior to this role, Mame Awa held the position of Regional Financial Management Officer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), promoting sustainable agricultural practices and empowering rural communities. Mame Awa's earlier experience includes working as a Credit Risk Officer and Securities Tax Analyst at Euroclear, alongside a varied background in finance, marketing, and international relations.
