Colleen Galvin

Colleen Galvin serves as the Director of North America Small Business at Mastercard since April 2022, leveraging extensive experience in community investing and development from previous roles, including Senior Vice President at Citi from December 2013 to March 2022. Colleen has been a Limited Partner at Next Wave Impact Fund since June 2017, focusing on enhancing diversity in angel investing and entrepreneurship. Prior positions at the NYC Department of Small Business Services included various roles such as Assistant Commissioner and Director, with responsibilities in capital access and economic opportunity. Colleen co-founded MBAs4NYC and held the position of Executive Director from January 2002 to December 2003. Academically, Colleen earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Seton Hall University.
