Ginger Siegel

Ginger Siegel serves as the North America Small Business Lead at Mastercard since May 2017, directing efforts to support small business owners across the US and Canada through tailored solutions. Previously, Ginger held the role of Senior Manager at Deloitte, specializing in Strategy and Operations for the Financial Services industry, leveraging over 25 years of experience with banks and fintechs. Prior to Deloitte, significant leadership roles included Executive Vice President positions at SunTrust Bank, overseeing Small Business and In-Store strategies, and at RBC Bank managing Business Banking strategy. Ginger's extensive career also includes senior roles at PNC, Webster Bank, Washington Mutual, and Citigroup, focusing on business banking, sales force development, and customer relationship management. Ginger holds a BA in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
