Rustom Dastoor

Rustom Dastoor is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Marketing and Communications for the Americas at Mastercard since June 2014, Rustom has also held significant positions such as Senior Vice President for both Asia Pacific and Global B2B Marketing within the same organization. Prior to Mastercard, Rustom was involved with Ogilvy as Senior Vice President and had a notable career at DDB and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, garnering a strong reputation in marketing strategy and account leadership. Rustom has been recognized among Asia-Pacific’s 50 most influential marketers by Campaign Asia in both 2020 and 2021. Rustom holds an MBA in International Business (Marketing) from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BCom in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Mumbai.
