Sarahjane Potter

Sarahjane (Sj) Potter is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Campus Talent Acquisition for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Mastercard. Previously, Sarahjane held several managerial roles in campus recruitment at Mastercard, focusing on leading recruitment efforts across different regions. Prior experience includes working as a Client Manager for early careers at Group GTI and roles in recruitment for graduates and apprentices. Sarahjane began their career at Tesco PLC in early careers recruitment, following positions in customer service at Argos and front-of-house management at Chequers Pub & Restaurant. Educational background includes a Health, Society and Development Diploma from The Nobel School, completed between 2003 and 2010.
